RAFI USA INC. leads the development and manufacturing of complex HMI devices for the North American market. We are seeking to hire a seasoned Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative that is genuinely excited to help customers. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for helping our Sales team identify sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers
• Making outbound calls to potential customers
• Developing new leads
• Creating and maintaining customer database
• Understanding customer needs
• Explaining product features and benefits
• Closing sales and achieving quotas
• Ensure parts are being processed and sent to customers

Qualifications

• Minimum of two to three years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong sales and cold calling skills
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience in a medical device manufacturing company preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
